Famighetti & Weinick, PLLC partner, Matt Weinick, will be speaking at a seminar entitled “Workshop on Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.”
The seminar will be held on November 14, 2014 and is being hosted by Universal Abilities Employment Network and Suffolk Independent Living Organization (SILO).
Weinick will be providing an overview about the Americans with Disabilities Act from the plaintiff’s perspective. After giving a brief introduction to the law, Weinick will discuss potential pitfalls employers may face when dealing with employment matters for employees with disabilities.
