Famighetti & Weinick, PLLC Lawyers Selected by Super Lawyers Magazine

Famighetti & Weinick, PLLC partners Peter J. Famighetti and Matthew Weinick were selected for inclusion in the 2014 Super Lawyers New York Metro Magazine.

Famighetti was selected to the Super Lawyers list in the category of Plaintiff’s employment litigation. Less than 5% of the lawyers in New York State are selected to the list after undergoing a patented selection process. On his selection, Famighetti said, “I am honored that Super Lawyers chose me for inclusion on such an exclusive listing of attorneys.”

For the third consecutive year, Weinick was selected to the Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Stars list. The selection process narrows the Rising Star nominees to less than 2.5% of the lawyers in New York State. The list of selected attorneys will be published in Super Lawyers Magazine and a special supplement of the New York Times newspaper. Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
