Is Your Office Currently Open During Normal Business Hours?
As of June 16, 2021, our Melville, Long Island office is open. We are scheduling both in-person and virtual client meetings, in accordance with client preference and attorney availability. Our Middletown, New York office continues to operate by appointment only.
When and How Can I Contact You?
All of our business line extensions will reach the appropriate extension, whether the individual is working at home or in-office. Call our main number at 631-352-0050 for telephone routing.
What Video Chat Platforms do You Offer for Clients?
We have many video chat options available for clients to use, including but not limited to Zoom, Google, and our telecom providers.

How Can I Get Updates Regarding the Status of my Case or Legal Matter?
We continue to send regular email updates to clients about cases. You can call or email us at any time, also. To stay updated on general firm news, subscribe to our social media channels.
Are Courts of Law Still Open in My Area? Will My Court Date be Rescheduled? What if I Can’t Come to Court Because I’m Sick or Quarantined?
Courts are re-opening and/or are opened in our area. But, New York State and federal courts, as well as the administrative agencies with which we work, are experiencing severe backlogs, particularly for hearings and trials. Please remain patient as these scheduling issues are entirely out of our control.
Will Scheduled Depositions, Mediation, Arbitration, or Settlement Negotiations Occur as Planned?
At this point, if we have scheduled a date for your case, assume the event will proceed as planned. We are providing specific instructions to clients as to whether events will proceed in person or remotely.
